@Star14 i know exactly how u feel! omg i had been smoking for 5yrs when i found out i was pregnant n it took me 20days to stop completely! 7 months later i still CRAVE fags, havent had 1 since the 20th jan. Before i took a pregnancy test n found out i was pregnant, every time i had a fag i was heiving n the smoke made me feel sick, at the time i thought this was just my body tellin me i was smoking too much but when i told my GP he said it was my body tellin me to stop smoking cuz of the baby. I found the more i thought about smoking the worse the craving got so i tried to keep my mind occupied with anythign and everything. I tried to break the routine up, n it seemed to work. Quitting smoking is sooo hard!! I could never quit for myself but once i found i was expecting, i found the strength n could quit for my daughters sake!
should be very proud of urself!! the physical cravings have gone now, its all psychological. Try keeping ur hands busy by like drawing or something, i used to suck on lollipops for the first few weeks n that helped cuz i could hold it like a fag n that (sounds daft but it helped) xx
U have done really well not to smoke for a week!!

you don't want to put yourself under any unnecessary stress, my advice would be to you to carry on your life as normal, at least until you find out your pregnant
xx
hope everything goes okay
