I quit smoking when I found out I was pregnant and had a hard time but I have not picked it up since having her, I've smoked but not become a "smoker" again, I've smoked while out with my friends and here and there less than 1 per week. At first it honestly tasted so disgusting and gave me a headache after not smoking so long so that was enough to put me off smoking as much as I normally had. I still feel like a smoke sometimes but I get that gross feeling and it's enough to keep me from smoking more.

Yeah thats what I dont want, to go out with my pals (who are mainly all smokers) & then have a cheeky one, cos thats all it takes for me to be back in the habit... I'll have one, then I'll buy a pack! its a horrible cycle
. But I am hopeful that I wont start up the bad habit again, especially after all the time I'd gone without having one as I was a chain smoker... Thanks chicks

Smoking made me feel sooo sick when i found out i was pregnant, and even now (6months gone) i walk past smoke and it makes me heave..... which is so weird because i think to how much i loved smoking....
i just think, i'm not in any financial position to smoke, i would rather be able to give my daughter everything she needs then spend £20 a week on fags...
my midwife said to me: you can't leave the baby on it's own to go for a fag and even if you got a chance where you could she'll still be able to get the smells from you're hair, skin and clothes...
its not worth it.
