I found it really hard to stop smoking but i found the things that the doctors gave me didnt help and can be bad for the baby. I just stopped taking everything all together because they still keep you adicted to nicotine. I haven't had one in over a month and every time i want one i have a snack like an apple or a pack of crisps, but some people have recomended getting hypotised.x

hi im tryin to stop smoking now im pregnant i smoked all the way through my first pregnancy and feel awful about it as she was poorly when she was born. This time i do not want to smoke at all but its so hard so ive wrote a list of reasons why ive stopped and another list of benefits of stoppin and keep them pinned up around the house so whenever i feel a craving i read my list and think of my baby xx but i do know how hard it is. x

@lauralicious and @Maisey I've never smoked but my mum got hypnotised and she stopped smoking for 16 years - apparently it's really helpful!!!! x
