  • The advice is to keep them in your room for 6months to reduce the risk of SIDS. Is there no way you could keep him in your room for a bit longer? A travel cot? A mattress on the floor?
The other way to keep him safe would be for you to sleep in his room (again, mattress on the floor?) until he's 6months

  • oh il defo have a baby monitor next to him i use it now wen he is in the bedroom and im in the living room lol,but i dont like the idea of puttin him in a travel cot or a mattress on the floor coz they shouldnt be that low on the ground coz of dust ect...i dont no but either way he has to be in his room the only place i can put his cot in my room is by the radiator and thats dangerous so im just gunna have to see how it goes putting him in his cot i no he wil be fine but its me who wont be getting no sleep pmsl x

  • Dust is only a problem if your floors are dusty ;)

  • @YummyMummyJD Like @Earthmummy said dust is only a problem if your house is extremely dusty and you never hoover or w/e. If the only place in your room you can put him is by the radiatior, can you not just switch the radiator off at night? x
