I just answered you thread but it wouldnt post...
@BeccaUdell I just tried typing this in your forum post but its not letting me post anything so I'm writing it here.
Do you have a hand blender? If not I strongly recommend one. Dont bother with the specific baby ones, theyre so much more expensive and im not actually sure what makes them specifically for babies. Just a normal hand blender for £5/10 will do.
What I used to do is cook up a whole load of vegetables (carrots, sweet potato, peppers, brocolli, peas, whatever you happen to have or buy) I also added lentils or meat (I usually used ham because I was too scared of not cooking it properly) for protein and baby rice or potato for carbs (I found pasta doesnt blend very well). Then you can blend them up in all different combinations and put them in little tubs and freeze them, Then at lunch time you can just whip one out that freezer and shove it in the microwave. If you're anything like me you wont want to be cooking a different meal every lunch.
You can also give her baked beans (try and get reduced salt and sugar) and mash them up with a fork. Does she feed herself anything? You could try toast soldiers.
Also if you're coking yourself something you think she might want, make extra, whizz it up in the blender and freeze it for the next day or whenever.
Hope that helps!
