• Keep a sun hat on, loose clothing, Try and stay out of the sun/ insede between 12-2 (or 11-3 if your me lol), Depending on age make sure fluids are kept up, babies cool boiled water, todlers squash. Lots and lots of sun cream.... try and stick to shadey areas... the obvious things really... im really bad i hate the heat myself, and ,y little boys 7weeks and im constantly worrying about him getting hot.
