I was invited to go to a young parents group when my baby was a few weeks old. I haven't got round to phoning them or anything yet and can't decide if i want to go.
Originally i was going to go with my boyfriend, but he has now started working and if i decided i wanted to go, i would have to go on my own. Nobody can really come with me either, because they are busy.
I was just wondering if anybody else has gone to anything like this and how it was for them.
I really want to meet other people around my age with children, as none of my friends have them. And i haven't managed to find anybody on here who live around my area.
I won't know anybody there so i will be really nervous when i go, as I'm not very good around new people.
I just want people's opinions really x Thank you
I haven't been but im planing to go when m bab arrives... its normal to be a bit nervous the first time of going but i have frends who have been in the past and i heard it reall good... and alot of people are friendly and its a great oppurtunity to meet yong mothers and for your baby to be around other babies... try and go you will enjoy it xx

My sister goes to one and her and my nephew love it its really good for them to be around other children around their age helped cody pick up walking plus it gets you out of the house xx
