@Ezza when you are using childcare when working you can get most of it back depending on how much you earn so the insentive to work is definalty there and there a lot of help out there. You can check how much you could get help towards childcare on benefit calcualtors there info on the direct.gov webiste! Same if you go to college. I am expecting on May 5th and in september I plan on going to college - although my partner will be at home the days I work so i don't need childcare there student welfare officers which can help you with childcare and any financial help you can get -although I think the can be found through individual colleges. Connexions would be a good one to talk to they are fab at helping you with what support you can get
