Honestly, the best thing to do is to not think about it. I worried myself silly about it and when it came to the labour it was fine and I actually loved it! Avoid programmes about it because they do not help and try talking to your midwife about your concerns, she may be able to give you some information about it xx

I know the feeling, I'm not terrified I'm just anxious. It's the unknown, no matter how much people tell you it will probably shock both of us when we go into labour XD
Just practising relaxing techniques, get your birth plan all ready and just try tp keep calm XD
I'm good with pain, but I tend to reach a peek when I just start crying and wanting it over, so I'll probably wimp out.
Thats my plan haha xx

Just dont think about it if you dont think about it, it cant worry you! i expected the worst to happen that way i didn't get let down if anything happened during my labour (luckily didn't i had a pretty good labour compared to what i expected lol) i wasn't scared because either way baby has to come out someway! and if you don't want to be in hospital for longer than a day or two then c-section wouldn't be a good idea. if it was that bad people would only ever have 1 child we are female so we are basically made to give birth! the tearing isn't so bad, its just very uncomfortable for the first few days and if you have stitches you worry about them a lot i kept thinking that they had ripped open! which they didnt but a tiny bit of thread did come out a few days later but all was fine
there are ways to help prevent tearing if you don't know about them search perineal massage in google
