My little girl finally arrived 14 days late! On the 28th july at 4:17am. I was induced 3times and it didnt work, my contractions kept starting and stopping for 3 days in hospital, i reached 3cm and wasnt going any further so i was taken to labour ward and put on the hormone drip, her heart rate kept dropping and everyone was getting very concerned. I was about to be taken for a c-section when the midwife checked to see how dilated i was i went from 3 to 10cm in an hour i was told to push. Pushed for 20mins and she was in the world. She came out with both hands over her head causing me to have a 3rd degree tear and had 25 stitchs. She weighed 9lb 7oz. Best experience of my life by far. The sleepless nights are so worth it! Wouldnt change her for the world. Love you so much lily elizabeth! Xxx
