Forceps

Has any1 experience a forcep delivery? i have just been speaking about them and they scare me! luckly i had a very calm water birth, very straight forward and im interested to hear others experiences x

  • I haven't had one, but one of my friend's did.
    I don't really know much about them, although most of the time they are used if the baby is partly out and becomes distressed.
    And the baby can have slight marks/bruises on them when they are born. But this goes as time progresses.
