I've been with my boyfriend for nearly a year now, our daughter is due 27/05/2010.

I've been picking up a few bits and have been sooo lucky and been given loads!

however, i was thinking last night; what if she needs a new coat? who pays? i've spent more than him already, should i let him?....

so i was wondering, what does/will everyone else do?
Who pays for what?

  • Technically everything should be split equally. If you're together, it might be worth getting a joint account that you both have a direct debit to, so that a certain amount comes out each month for things for your daugher.

    Or you can take it in turns to buy things she needs. Or just have him give you half towards what ever she needs
