  • Grandparents right are a bit funny... she can take you to court but if you have good reasons she is unlikely to get access xxx

  • doubtful, you're her mother. you have parental rights - as @ryansmummyuk said, she can take you to court. but, i doubt the it would it even go to court if her excuse is 'we had a falling out' explain to her you don't feel confortable with it, and if she won't be adult about it. you need to be! remember, your her mum. and shes your daughter, and noone can tell you otherwise :-)xx

  • Grandparents dont have right to be awarded access, unless there are some circumstances like neglect from your behalf or u cant cope then u can in all parental rights can be signed over to grandparents, but u have to give permission. All I am aware of is if you died in childbirth or something happened to u after an u hadnt yet done babys birth cirtificate then all rights go to next of kin which would be ure parents. So unless babys dad was fighting with her then she has no hope! HTH :) x x

  • depends on what the situation is if she has nothing against her yes she does but if she has or is still doing something wrong eg drugs then i dont think so x
