• I dont know where but if you look on internet for a local childrens centre they shud have sum classes, thts what i did and i rang them, when i first went down i registered for free and got a leaflet with all the classes on and which days, baby massage is good although i wud wait untill yur baby is around 3 months... i went with my very small 5 week old and she slept/drank milk through the whole thing and just cried if i tried 2 massage her, also ask yur health visitor they may be able to help Hope yu find somewhere x

• See if there's a surestart center near you. They do loads of baby groups and stuff like baby massage where you can bond x
