your skin is more sensitive while you're PG so watch out for any allergic reactions - maybe try a patch test first.
Your skin absorbs 70% of what ever is put on it, and what ever enters your blood stream goes to the baby, so I avoided as many chemicals as possible while I was pregnant. But I dont see why fake tan would carry any more of a risk than normal moisturisor

I used fake tan when i was pregnant but had an allergic reaction to it, so just be careful as i wasn't before or am not now allergic to it. Some of my friends used it when they were pregnant and had no reaction at all. Like with most things everyone is different, maybe you could try a patch test first

I used Dove fake tan as a moisturiser on my face and body - this was in early pregnancy. Although I guess it really depends on your skin type! xx
