  • My back was awful when I was pregnant and it's still bad nearly 8 months later...I had a bit of physio when I was pregnant (and i'm having it now) and I wore one of those bump supports which was brilliant! So if your back is still really bad when you have a bigger bump, then I would reccomend one of the supports :) But for now...why not try a big of physio? I also got offered antinatal water classes (like aerobics) to help because it takes all the weight off your back but I couldn't go....so try and find a class near you?? xxx

  • Yea , the classes are a great idea but also if your lying in bed or somethiing at night and your backs sore the best thing i found when i was pregnant was a hot water bottle placed on the sore area , i found it really helped altho when the pain was really sore it maybe didnt work quite so wel =) ox
