Hey I didnt have any problems with back pain when I was pregnant but now have it seriously bad since ive had my little girl its so hard to lean over and play with her or change her nappy!!

My back was awful when I was pregnant and it's still bad nearly 8 months later...I had a bit of physio when I was pregnant (and i'm having it now) and I wore one of those bump supports which was brilliant! So if your back is still really bad when you have a bigger bump, then I would reccomend one of the supports
But for now...why not try a big of physio? I also got offered antinatal water classes (like aerobics) to help because it takes all the weight off your back but I couldn't go....so try and find a class near you?? xxx

Yea , the classes are a great idea but also if your lying in bed or somethiing at night and your backs sore the best thing i found when i was pregnant was a hot water bottle placed on the sore area , i found it really helped altho when the pain was really sore it maybe didnt work quite so wel =) ox
