I'm not sure what to do tbh. Alexa is now 15 weeks n I think shes gettin a cold but every time she's gone down for a nap today n when she went to bed earlier she will sleep for bout half hour then suddenly out of no where she will scream, n I mean scream! Then she starts cryin uncontrollably for a few mins n ill pick her up n cuddle her n sing (she loves singing it calms her quickly) n she will fall back to sleep then another half hour later it will happen again then stop. Its not as though she's hungry, wet, cold or uncomfortable. Its just started n I have no idea what causes it, she's usually in her room n its quiet so I no there's no sudden noise. Anyone know if thi is normal or what to do? Xx

Jan does that. It will be quiet, she will be asleep then she will just scream. I usually think it's a bad dream too.

try putting gentle music in her room so to try and keep her calm even in her sleep x

Edelweiss used to do this, when she was around 5-9 months. It happened almost daily at first then it decreased and at 13 months she hasn't had one for a long time. I don't know what causes it, it really worried me, but I think its normal
