i give Mia a bath before bed to relax her and plus she gets tired from swimmin around 2 . she goes to bed about 9 now but we are tryin to make that earlier so we have more time to ourselfs at night xx
Ella is 7 weeks, has a bath and bottleabout 630ish then bedtime then when you try to wake her for bottle later on she wont wake up and refuses to eat, lately been leaving her til she woke up and she been sleepin through til like 7/8ish next mornin. think bath tires her out though cos she hates it and screams as soon as she goes in the water x
my littlin is now 1 year old and b4 bed i give him a bottle of milk brush his teeth then give him his dummy to settle him dwn and usually he goes right off. he goes to bed at bowt 6 - 6.30 and wont wake up till 7.30-8.00

My little girl has had the same routine since born she wakes up at half 6 in the morning and then every 4 hours feed her untill her last bottle i now give her rusks at 9 aclock i turn the big light off and put them lamps on turn the tv right down i dont talk to her i change her nappy and wrap her up and put her in her cot stand behind her curtain out her dunny in when it falls out and the eventually she goes to sleep x
