Self soothing

Hay everyone,

I'm pretty sure everyone has been through this at one point. My baby girl is six months old and still waking up at loads during the night. No one else will have her during the night (even my boyfriend) and its killing me! I need to sleep so bad. Everyone keep telling me to get her into a routine so I tried that she has two naps during the day one at ten till twelve and one three till five. Then at night time she will have a bath bottle and bed (she will go down fine). Come one ish she is up loads. I don't know what to do. People keep telling me to teach her to self sooth.. Sounds like a good idea ay?! But how? Some people tell me to let her cry it out but she'll wake everyone up inclooding herself so then she won't sleep at night. :/ I don't know what to do anymore. I would mind if she was up once or twice but she doesn't really want a milk she just has a little bit to help herself to get back to sleep.

Please some one say something amazing so I can sleep ha xxx
