  • I put on 2stone while pregnant :( then after he was born I dropped the weight quite fast but soon started to gain it! I now weigh 3stone more than pre-pregnancy! I'm getting married in January so I really need to start a diet but I'm the worlds fussiest eater and I'm going to be stupid busy this summer. I'm going back to work, 6days a week 12-8. Its going to be hard!

  • After my first daughter i was so lucky, 3 weeks after giving birth and my body just went back to normal....2nd time round i definitely wasn't so lucky but i think it's partly to do with the fact that i'm depressed and lack motivation to do most things, let alone exercise lol! I also STILL haven't managed to get my implant out which is making me gain weight as a side effect...yay for me :( My doctor told me after my 2nd that REALLY you should be waiting the same amount of time you were pregnant after giving birth to start harcore exercising. so if you were pregnant for 38 weeks wait til your baby is 38 weeks old, even though it is "safe" to start at around 6 weeks after a normal birth and i think its 10 with a c-section. You need to check that your muscle down the front of your abdomen (if anyone knows the name i havent got a clue lol) has closed properly too. Celebrities should take it easy and spend time with their newborns rather than be in a gym erasing all evidence they were there!

  • I have put on 2 stone since I was became pregnant and I am nearing the end of my pregnancy now so I am not too concerned but it is hard sometimes to accept the way my body has changed. I have always had large boobs so that was not a lot different but I have put weight on my bum and legs and sometimes I feel really low about it - even when my partner tells me he thinks I look great it still doesn't change much! But I do think the way some of the celebrity mums loose their extra weight is rather worrying for example someone like Jordan lost her baby weight rapidly after the birth of all three of her children. Someone who should be looed to as more of a role model should be Holly Willoughby.
