  • allthough never diagnosed with hyperemisis graviderum i'll say i must of had it, having being in hospital twice throwing up blood , when i was 15 weeks and 37 weeks!... i was sick throughout my pregnancy most days and nights.. a good week for me was when i wasnt sick for a whole day! i went the last couple of weeks withought being that sick which was such a relief! but i tried everything that was thrown at me and nothing worked i stayed in and left college because i was so sick!...i was even sick on the bus so had to carry a carier bag with me whereever i went .. nothing cures sickness but the jabs they give u at hospital and that was only fo two days i went without being sick after having a jab!

  • I found that the reason i was being sick was because i had to get up and out of bed, so i would have a bottle of water and a piece of bread in aluminium foil on my bedside table for when i got up :)

  • Ginger biscuits, ginger cake or ginger tea - basically anything with ginger although the taste takes a while to get used to it does work so is worth pushing with. Also the travel sickness wrist bands you get in chemists are good.
