I gave birth 3 and a half weeks ago and still bleeding is this normal?

Yep! i can't remember how long it took to stop, but i definatly long than 3weeks for mee xx

it def normal to be bleeding after 3 weeks, and can take a few months for things to setlle down! congratulations on your birth!! xx

I thought it could carry on for up to 6 weeks! Well thats what I read anyway!! xx

yes you can bleed up to 6 weeks after birth, i was lucky i only bled 3 weeks afterwards.

Yes hun thats still considered normal.. should be less heavy as time progresses + then in a few weeks 'normally' you should stop

Definitely normal, they tell you 6 weeks but I was still bleeding 6 months after giving birth to my first daughter and the doctor told me that it was still ok?! I just needed a very high dose of iron lol.
